Parking
Onsite parking is only available for those guests who book a wheelchair platform ticket or corporate hospitality packages.
Don’t want to bring your own picnic?
We’re offering a special picnic service in association with Aubrey Allen, allowing you to collect a hamper on the night containing a delicious selection of cold meats, salads and desserts. Picnics are priced at £15 per person. Vegetarian picnics are also available.
Premium Seating
For those who don’t want to bring picnics, an area of concert-style seating is available. Seats costs £10 (which includes the use of private toilets).

- Gates open at 6.00pm.
- The concert begins at 7.30pm and finishes at 10.30pm - timings are approximate.
- Picnics are permitted.
- In the event of cancellation, for whatever reason, ticket refunds will be made at the discretion of the promoters. In case of ticket refunds, in the event of cancellation, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.
- Lost, stolen and damaged tickets cannot be replaced. In these circumstances, new tickets should be purchased. We recommend you request recorded delivery to ensure the safe delivery of your tickets.
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- The concert is an outdoor event and located within the grounds of Warwick Castle on Pageant Field.
- There is no dress code but please come well prepared for the weather.
- Parking facilities will not be available onsite at Warwick Castle but adequate parking facilities will be available in the town and will be sign posted accordingly.
- The organisers will provide refreshments for sale on the evening.
- Individual barbecues, ball games or similar, gazebos and other tent like structures are not permitted.
